You will take ownership of complex technical challenges, driving solutions from conception through to production delivery. The role requires a strong focus on designing, optimizing, and operating data-intensive workloads, ensuring high reliability and performance at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering peers to maintain code quality, implement best practices, and provide architectural guidance within a fast-paced AdTech environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable features across React front ends and Node.js backend services within a TypeScript monorepo
- Design, optimize, and operate ETL pipelines and data-heavy workloads using ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and queue-based processing (BullMQ)
- Ensure reliable CI/CD, background job processing, real-time data delivery, and high-performance analytical queries
- Uphold engineering quality through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, snapshot, screenshot, end-to-end)
- Conduct code reviews and provide architectural input to guide technical decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for advertising data processing
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Strong experience with SQL/OLAP databases and analytical query optimization
- Hands-on expertise with ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, and queue-based processing (BullMQ or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in AdTech, PostgreSQL, edge runtimes, Go, production ML, or agentic development tooling is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems
- Availability for a full-time contract position
