Use a maintainable stack (Python or Node.js with React or Next.js)
Ensure sound database design and robust API integrations
Provide an initial requirements call and regular progress updates with a preview link
Deliver clearly documented source code, handover files, and simple usage instructions
Offer two weeks of post-launch support for fixes

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI/UX best practices
Experience with secure authentication and user management systems
Proficiency in integrating payment gateways (Stripe or PayPal)
Familiarity with transactional email setup and third-party API integrations (e.g., CRM, Google Sheets)
