Coordinate various teams and stakeholders, organize governance meetings, and track decisions and action items.
Identify potential risks, issues, and delays; propose corrective measures and ensure their resolution to keep projects on schedule.

Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and governance committees.
Monitor the project portfolio, including resource allocation, priorities, and timelines.
Formulate recommendations for process improvement and ensure the integration of best practices into future projects.
Conduct various analyses and provide support activities as needed.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and contribute to knowledge transfer within project teams.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
5 to 10 years of transferable experience, including financial project management within the realm of mergers and acquisitions.
Proficiency in Excel and the effective use of AI tools.
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written - in French and English, as this role involves regular collaboration with internal clients across Canada.
Demonstrated skills in persuasion, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong organizational abilities, versatility, and adaptability, enabling the efficient management of multiple, concurrent, or overlapping projects.
A commitment to confidentiality and disciplined governance.
