A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, agriculture, grain handling, building materials, or a related industry.
Demonstrated success in relationship-based sales and customer account management.

Additional Requirements

Ability to safely lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in a retail, warehouse, and yard environment.
