Join the UFA team today!

At UFA, we are more than an agricultural cooperative. We are a team of passionate people who work together to support rural communities, Canadian producers, and each other every day.

We are currently seeking a Yard Shipper/Receiver to join our team at our Airdrie Farm Store.

Are you the kind of person who enjoys variety in your day and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves wherever needed? This is a true "jack of all trades" position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing wherever support is needed.

In this hands-on role, you will receive and organize inventory, pick and prepare customer orders, load and unload shipments, operate equipment, assist customers, and support general yard and warehouse operations. No two days are the same.

Success in this role requires a strong commitment to safety, customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence. Whether you're helping a customer find what they need, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating a forklift, or ensuring the yard remains organized and safe, you'll be a valued contributor to the overall customer experience and success of the location.

This position is based at UFA's Airdrie Farm Store and offers the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills across customer service, warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment operation, and logistics.
