This is a hands-on position focused on keeping our residential renovation sites clean, safe, and organized. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, works well independently, and understands that even the smallest details contribute to an exceptional finished product.

About Ultimate Renovations

Ultimate Renovations is one of Calgary's leading residential renovation companies, specializing in high-end, full-service home transformations. With a reputation built on exceptional craftsmanship and customer service, we're proud to have been recognized as Canada's Renovator of the Year.

Our success comes from our people. We believe in delivering quality work, taking ownership, supporting one another, and continuously finding ways to improve.

Position Overview

As our Construction Site Labourer, you'll play an important role in maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites throughout Calgary.

You'll travel between active residential renovation projects, completing daily cleanup tasks and ensuring our construction teams have a clean and safe environment to work in.

While this position may involve occasional general labour duties, your primary responsibility will be construction site cleaning and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping at active residential renovation sites.
Sweep, vacuum, and remove construction dust, dirt, and debris.
Collect, sort, and dispose of construction waste and materials.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, walkways, and entrances.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as required.
Help protect finished surfaces and maintain cleanliness throughout construction.
Ensure sites are left clean and presentable at the end of each visit.
Assist project managers and site supervisors with occasional general labour tasks.
Follow company safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions.

Qualifications

Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required.
Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks, lifting materials, and working on active construction sites.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

What We'll Explore in the Interview

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of doing things properly, even when no one is watching.

We'll be interested in learning about:

Work Ethic: Do you take pride in working hard and completing tasks thoroughly?
Ownership: Can you recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without constant direction?
Attention to Detail: Do you notice the little things that make a big difference?
Reliability: Can your teammates count on you to show up, work hard, and follow through?
Positive Attitude: Do you approach your work with enthusiasm and a willingness to contribute?

Why Ultimate Renovations?

At Ultimate Renovations, we believe every member of our team plays an important role in delivering an exceptional renovation experience.

We offer:

Full-time, year-round employment.
Competitive compensation based on experience.
A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
The opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals.
Opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company.
The pride of being part of an award-winning renovation team.

Ready to Join Our Team?
