Original job description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Montreal, QC. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage the store team, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with retail regulations, implementing operational strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong leadership to motivate staff, resolve customer issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- French and English - Bilingual be able to communicate in both languages written and verbal
- Strong skills in Customer Service and proven ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills to interact with the team members and customers
- Experience in Store Management and the ability to oversee daily operations
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to maintain store security and minimize shrinkage
- Proven leadership qualities and team management experience
- Time management and organizational skills to meet operational goals efficiently
- Educational background in Business Management or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role within the retail industry would be advantageous
Compensation range for this role is 55 to 60 annually - salary will depend on experience
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
