Communication: Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with demonstrated success translating technical details into leadership updates.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying bottlenecks, and establishing practical framework controls.

This role acts as the central connective tissue between building teams and executive leadership, focusing on orchestration, tracking, and executive storytelling across two core pillars:

AI-Enabled SDLC Efficiency: Process, tooling, and change management initiatives designed to enhance software delivery productivity.
AI Platform & Enablement: Foundational services, architecture, and core capabilities supporting the enterprise AI strategy.
