About the position:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse.

Position Title:

Administrative Coordinator

What you’ll do:

Manage purchase orders (PO) to include receiving, put away, scanning, and uploading bulk products
Assist with inventory adjustments
Utilize customer platforms for order entry and shipment
Handling all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork
Laboratory testing and management of equipment
Tote and Iso Container tracking, labelling, birthing/rebirthing, and retirement/unretired
Process order receipts and completion
Credit memos
Daily bulk cycle count reconciliation
Scan and upload department documents into management system. Catalog and file appropriately
Prepare and maintain speadsheets, correspondence, report, and presentations utilizing business software applications and department systems
Other Clerical/Operational tasks as deemed necessary

What we would like from you:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations/warehouse
Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills
Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite preferred
