- Global HR Systems, Operations & Automation
- System Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee records across global jurisdictions within BambooHR.
- Employee Helpdesk & Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, employment confirmation letters, remote work parameters, and leave requests.
- Data Audits & Analytics: Run routine data integrity audits and prepare monthly operational HR metrics (retention, time-to-fill, onboarding completion) for leadership review.
- Workflow Automation: Assist in deploying and maintaining internal HR automation tools (including conversational HR bots and structured knowledge bases) to streamline routine administrative requests.
- Total Rewards, Workplace Culture & Compliance
- Benefits Coordination: Oversee Canadian and US group benefit enrollments, status changes, and plan administration starting from day one of employment.
