The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, reliability, and sensitivity and will bring strong problem-solving and communication skills to the role. Knowledge of university systems, policies, procedures, and regulations is an asset, along with the ability to learn and navigate new systems and processes quickly.
