· Perform a variety of sales-related administrative duties (mailing, filing, scanning, copying) to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

· Maintain and generate routine sales reports and dashboards to track account performance and timelines.

· Manage sample coordination for sales meetings and tradeshows, including timely distribution, return, and restocking per sample control procedures.

· Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure the timely flow of information related to sales programs, promotions, and timelines.

· Coordinate project timelines and create trackers to manage retailer submissions, seasonal calendars, and key milestone dates.

· Assist in organizing travel logistics for the sales team and support onsite and virtual tradeshows as needed.

· Contribute to special projects and provide additional support where needed to ensure sales operations excellence.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Canva a definite asset.

· Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment.

· Quick learner with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to represent the brand professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

· Confidence in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting where flexibility and initiative are valued.
