Job Description
This part-time seasonal position assists UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pick-ups of UPS packages at UPS drop boxes and customer locations in and around Durham Region Area. This role involves performing physical work in a fast-paced environment including continual lifting, lowering and carrying packages. This position ensures the best customer service through efficiency and dedication.
Work Location: Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Brooklyn, Uxbridge, Port Perry, Oshawa, Bowmanville, New Castle, Port Hope, etc...)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (All five days of the week)
Shift Start: Start time will vary between 10:30/11 AM - 3/4:00 PM. Depending on operational needs start times & finish times may vary. Flexibility required
Pay rate: $18.15/hourly

Work Location: Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Brooklyn, Uxbridge, Port Perry, Oshawa, Bowmanville, New Castle, Port Hope, etc...)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (All five days of the week)
Shift Start: Start time will vary between 10:30/11 AM - 3/4:00 PM. Depending on operational needs start times & finish times may vary. Flexibility required
Pay rate: $18.15/hourly
- APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK**
- Meet UPS driver at the assigned local meet point
- Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively on foot in residential or commercial area
- Learn and properly execute UPS package handling/delivery methods
- This is a part-time position, must be able to work 3-5 hours a day, various start times available between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to deliver packages by means of walking
- Hours may vary depending on the work volume
- Wage: $18.15/hourly
- Paid training

Responsibilities
Assist UPS drivers with package deliveries and pickups at customer locations and drop boxes in the Durham Region. Meet the driver at an assigned local point, deliver and collect packages on foot, and follow UPS package handling and delivery methods.
Requirements
Must be available Monday through Friday for 3–5 hours per day, with flexible start times, and able to work up to 25 hours per week. Applicants must be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted, work at a fast pace and outdoors in all weather, and provide strong customer service.
