The Order Processing Representative III is responsible for managing all customer activities related to their containers once they are deposited in the country. This role works closely with customers, suppliers, and various carriers to coordinate routing, pick-ups, and shipment tracking as needed. The individual in this position resolves issues efficiently and maintains strong, professional relationships with both customers and vendors.

Wage: $25.62/Hr.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate routing, pick-up, and tracking of containers and shipments from arrival to final delivery.
- Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- Monitor shipment status and take corrective action when delays or operational issues arise.
- Update and maintain internal systems with accurate shipment, documentation, and status information.
- Address and resolve logistical or operational problems to minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and vendors, delivering high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support end-to-end logistics processes.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of import / export processes, supply chain operations, and air/ land transportation.
- Proficiency in logistics management systems and office tools (Excel, email platforms, tracking systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics operations, international transportation, container management, or similar roles.
- Forklift driver's license.
