Work Location: 550 Hanlon Creek Blvd, Guelph, On
Workdays: Monday to Friday (Must be available to work all 5 days)
Shift Hours: 4:30 AM to 9:30 AM * (Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs) *
Shift Duration: 3-5 hours per day
Hourly Wage: $18.50

Shift Duration: 3-5 hours per day
Hourly Wage: $18.50
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages into package delivery vehicles and trailers
- Learn and properly execute company-established package handling methods
- Sort and stock packages based on postal code
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.
- Full availability to work Monday through Friday (all five days of the week)
- Must be able to work 25 hours per week
- Ability to read and memorize postal codes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles
- No prior warehouse experience required
- $18.50/hr. and automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement to $31.49 per hour after 48 months of service
- Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility, program approval, and satisfactory academic performance)
- Paid training
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit- Every Friday
- Personal paid days off (Eligibility Requirements)
- 2 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of service (3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, and 6 weeks after 25 years)

Responsibilities
Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles and trailers, and follow established package-handling procedures. Sort and stock packages according to postal codes.
Requirements
Applicants must be available Monday through Friday and able to work 25 hours per week, lift up to 70 pounds unassisted, and read and memorize postal codes. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and inside trailers and delivery vehicles; prior warehouse experience is not required.
