Run the engine room of a growing family enterprise

Lone Tree Inc. is a Lethbridge-based family enterprise that keeps a small, close-knit team running a surprisingly wide range of things - accounting, HR, IT, marketing, and real estate administration - all under one roof. We're a lean operation by design: four people, high trust, and a lot of ground to cover. That means the right person doesn't just process paperwork here. They shape how the place runs.

We're looking for a Corporate Administrator who wants exactly that kind of ownership - someone who can hold the books, build the systems, enjoys streamlining and solving problems in an efficient manner, and help steer the strategic side, all at once.

What you'll own

This isn't a narrow, single-lane role. You'll be accountable for:

The numbers. Full-cycle AR/AP support with automated processes - invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations - done accurately and efficiently, on time, every time.
The strategy. You'll sit close enough to the CEO to help shape the annual strategic plan and objectives, and see your work show up in decisions that matter.
The tech. You enjoy solving problems and using technology to streamline and get rid of mundane tasks, you'll help pick and standardize the tools that keep the office running smoothly.
The brand. You'll have a hand in the company's marketing and corporate presence - website, materials, and a resource centre you help build from scratch.
The systems. Messy filing structures and undocumented processes don't survive long once you're here - you'll standardize, streamline, and write the manual so it stays that way.
The office. Day-to-day operations, phones, supplies, the occasional property matter - you'll keep the physical and logistical side of the business running.
The connections. IT, HR, Marketing, Accounting, Real Estate - you'll be the thread that ties support across every division together, including keeping a corporate calendar the whole team can trust.

Requirements

What you bring

Administrative or accounting experience - AR/AP/online software/month-end process background is a strong asset.
Efficiency – hate doing things twice when we could do it right the first time and never touch it again.
A genuine comfort with technology, and a drive to automate away the boring stuff.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams); Adobe and other marketing tools are a bonus.
The judgment to work independently and the communication skills to keep a CEO, a board rep, and a room full of vendors all on the same page.
A high bar for accuracy and confidentiality - you'll be trusted with financial, personnel, and investor information.
