Join the Urban Barn team as a Full-time Store Supervisor at our Argentia store in Mississauga, ON.With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. We’re passionate about making our customers and our employees feel right at home. Here, you will enrich the customer experience while growing your experience with a well-known Canadian retailer.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

Guide customers in their decor choices
Open, prepare and close the store
Train and coach team members
Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
Ensure the performance of the store
Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
Experience in Customer Service Leadership
A passion for interior décor and merchandising
Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
