Schedule: Monday to Friday (Multiple Shifts) Hybrid model with 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home.
Job Description:
- Our client is seeking an Operations Officer II to provide operational and administrative support within a fast-paced banking operations environment.
- The role involves processing action requests, statement requests, billing inquiries, money movement transactions, and other operational activities while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets are met.
- Successful candidates will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to process efficiency, customer service excellence, and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Process operational requests received through various channels accurately and within established service levels.
- Prepare and distribute statements and supporting documentation to branches and business partners.
- Handle billing requests, money movement transactions, and related back-office activities.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all transactions.
- Support internal and external stakeholders by providing operational assistance and issue resolution.
- Participate in daily team touchpoints and workload distribution activities.
- Identify and escalate operational risks or process issues when required.
- Follow audit controls, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
- Adapt to changing business needs, technologies, and procedures.
Experience:
- Must have 2-4 years of banking or financial services experience.
- Must have 2-4 years of experience working in SLA-driven environments.
- Must have 2-4 years of strong administrative and operational support experience.
- Experience working with high-volume transaction processing environments.
- Experience handling customer-sensitive information in a regulated environment.
- Branch banking experience is considered a strong asset.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Education: Post-Secondary Education Required.
Shift Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Based on Business Needs).
