Position Title: Operations Officer III Bilingual
Duration: 1 Year Contract (Extension Possible | Conversion Possible)
Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day operational support in a high-volume environment.
- Support credit processing activities and small business operations.
- Work closely with internal partners and external solicitors while maintaining service excellence.
- Opportunity to gain exposure to credit operations, banking processes, and project leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily work volumes while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of operational work.
- Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately.
- Follow policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and risk controls.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain strong attendance, reliability, and productivity standards.
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle customer-related information in accordance with confidentiality and security guidelines.
Experience:
- Must have 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, administration, or a related environment.
- Must have data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
- Must be bilingual in English and French.
- Must possess basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Banking and/or credit experience is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume operational environments is an asset.

Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (7, 8, 9, or 10 AM start times) | OT Possible
