Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week, 3 days Remote)

Duration: 12 months (Extension & Conversion possible)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst V to join an enterprise-level team supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives within a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience, strong expertise in identity management, authentication, and authorization, and the ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to workforce and identity management projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support critical IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and system requirements related to Identity & Access Management, authentication, and authorization.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Support workforce identity and access management initiatives within an enterprise environment.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable system specifications.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement reviews, and project meetings.
Support project delivery by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Identify business process improvements and support effective IAM solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities within established deadlines and service-level expectations.

Must-Have Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in large enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and workforce identity management.
Experience working in enterprise-level environments; banking or financial services experience is preferred.
Strong business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Agile or Project Management certifications.
Strong experience working in Agile environments.
Experience supporting IAM-related projects within financial institutions.
Exposure to enterprise identity and access management platforms and processes.

Work Arrangement

The onsite requirement may increase to 4 days per week in the future.
Flexible anchor days.
No travel required.
Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Additional hours may be available with prior approval.

Interview Process

Step 1: Virtual interview (30 minutes).
Step 2: In-person interview (1 hour).
