Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite 5 days/week for first 90 days) - After 90 days, 1 work-from-home day per week

Job Description:

• Support client securities settlement operations activities

• Perform Excel-based processing and data input across multiple platforms

• Work within capital markets and securities lending operations environment

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily operational activities

Responsibilities:

• Settle loans, borrows, repays, and collateral transactions through CDS and DTC

• Monitor settlement discrepancies and report issues promptly

• Investigate operational exceptions and resolve escalated issues

• Support mark-to-market activities

• Perform contract compare functions

• Process fees and rebate activities

• Complete daily reconciliations

• Manage recall functions

• Provide real-time position checks to traders

• Support position movement requests

• Respond to inquiries related to lending activities

• Maintain settlement documentation for audit purposes

• Participate in late collateral rotation coverage

• Attend daily huddles and team meetings

• Authorize FX and wire requests within assigned limits

• Ensure accuracy and quality of all transactions

• Escalate operational issues when required

• Adhere to AML, compliance, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain organized records in accordance with retention policies

Experience:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in banking industry

• Must have 5+ years of experience in financial services industry

• Must have capital markets experience

• Must have trading knowledge

• Must have trade settlements experience

• Must have CDS settlement experience

• Must have DTC settlement experience

• Must have reconciliation experience

• Must have financial discrepancy investigation experience

• Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Must have VLOOKUP experience

• Must have Pivot Table experience

• Must have Excel Macro experience

• Must have strong data analysis skills

• Must have operational support experience

• Must have strong written communication skills

• Must have strong verbal communication skills

• Must have strong attention to detail

• Must have ability to work in a team environment

• Must have CSC certification

• Must have CFA certification

• Must have CGA certification

• Must have accounting knowledge

• Must have coding knowledge

Education: Post-secondary education required

Certifications:

• CSC certification
