V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk II for our premier client in Ontario.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience with International shipping and Commercial Invoices is a plus
- 1+ years' experience in fulfillment operations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
- Create international invoices using the Global Trade Management System and send them to Global Trade Compliance for approval
- Use the system to ensure that all items have valid part numbers
- Build skids for larger, freight shipments
Job Responsibilities:
- Affix proper paperwork to each package in preparation for international shipping
- Track and manage incoming deliveries, notifying customers and delivering packages to customers' desks, if required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
Prepare packages for international shipping by attaching the required paperwork, creating international invoices in the Global Trade Management System, and submitting invoices for Global Trade Compliance approval. Track incoming deliveries, notify customers, deliver packages when required, verify item part numbers, and build skids for larger freight shipments.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least one year of experience in fulfillment operations. At least one year of experience with international shipping and commercial invoices is a plus; candidates should also be organized, manage time effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
