- Oversee complex subscription arrangements, including renewals, upgrades, downgrades, price changes, credits, refunds, and cancellations.
- Review month-end revenue entries and reconciliations, including deferred revenue and accounts receivable.
- Analyze recurring revenue movements, including new business, expansion, contraction, and churn.
- Support year-end audits and maintain appropriate financial controls.
Collections & Working Capital
- Develop collection strategies to reduce overdue receivables and improve cash conversion.
- Oversee escalated collections, bad debt assessments, and reserve calculations.
- Establish and monitor team KPIs and deliver regular AR reporting to finance leadership.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Own and continuously improve the quote-to-cash process, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Maintain procedures, documentation, and training resources.
- Optimize ERP, CRM, billing, and collections systems to improve automation and data integrity.
- Support system implementations and explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation in finance operations.
About You:
