Job Description:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Partner with department leaders to develop annual budgets aligned with organizational priorities and financial goals.
Build and maintain financial forecasting models to project future performance and support strategic planning.
Conduct detailed variance analyses to compare actual results with budgeted expectations, identifying risks, opportunities, and root‑cause drivers.
Generate clear, insightful financial reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations, reporting efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives and decision‑making.

Qualifications:

CPA in progress (ideally at CFE stage or less than 1 year away from designation)
2-3 years’ Financial Planning & Analysis experience in a retail, hospitality or related field is preferred.
Power BI and SQL/VBA knowledge required.
Computer proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data insights.
Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills are required.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and objectives with minimal supervision.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and work flexible hours, as required
