We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our client with forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This role reports to the FP&A Manager and will work in a fast-paced FP&A environment.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial, sales, marketing, and supply chain leaders with financial analysis and business partnering.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, business plans, and performance reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational performance; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support annual planning activities and other ad hoc analysis.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of FP&A experience in forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in a relatable industry (CPG, distribution, manufacturing or retail)
- Strong business-partnering and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, formulas, and model-building.
- Highly analytical, quick-learning, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
