Associate, Strategy & Operations (FP&A)

📍 Downtown Toronto | Hybrid (4 days/week in office)

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager (Director level), this role sits within the Strategy & Operations team supporting the Technology & Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
Deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations
Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities
Drive process improvements across planning, reporting, and analytics

About You

CPA, CFA, MBA, or related finance background considered an asset
Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience
Currently operating at the Manager level (or close to)
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling experience

Compensation

Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
15% target bonus + pension matching
