About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager (Director level), this role sits within the Strategy & Operations team supporting the Technology & Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
• Deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
• Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Drive process improvements across planning, reporting, and analytics

About You

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or related finance background considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience
• Currently operating at the Manager level (or close to)
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling experience

Compensation

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
• 15% target bonus + pension matching
