Corporate Finance Manager

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Corporate Finance Manager will lead the corporate consolidated financial reporting and month-end close processes for a global organization. The role will oversee 1 direct report and work closely with the broader Corporate Finance team and senior leadership, including the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the month-end corporate consolidation process and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Review balance sheet reconciliations, account movements, and consolidated financial results
Prepare and deliver reporting to the CFO and external stakeholders
Oversee and develop a Consolidations Accountant while supporting the broader finance team
Maintain strong financial review processes and internal controls
Support process improvements and innovation across Corporate Finance
Assist with ad hoc financial reporting and corporate finance projects

About You

CPA or equivalent designation
5–7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including experience at the Senior Financial Analyst level or above
Strong financial reporting and month-end close experience
Hands-on experience with financial statement consolidations

Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
Benefits: 100% company-paid benefits
RRSP: 3% company match
