About the opportunity:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Partner with department leaders to develop annual budgets aligned with organizational priorities and financial goals.
Build and maintain financial forecasting models to project future performance and support strategic planning.
Conduct detailed variance analyses to compare actual results with budgeted expectations, identifying risks, opportunities, and root‑cause drivers.
Generate clear, insightful financial reports for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations, reporting efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives and decision‑making.

About you:

3+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including ability to work with and prepare financial statements, forecasting, variance analysis on P&L and budgeting
Advanced Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
PowerBI and SQL/VBA knowledge
CPA enrolled
