About the Opportunity

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning, management reporting, and financial analysis across multiple corporate functions
• Provide financial leadership and decision support across Operations, Product & Marketing, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Finance, and other corporate functions
• Monitor business performance and proactively identify emerging risks, opportunities, and key financial trends
• Connect operational performance with financial outcomes and translate complex financial information into clear insights and recommendations

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted strategic finance partner to senior business and Finance leaders
• Challenge business assumptions and provide financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate business performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives
• Provide clear recommendations to senior leadership based on financial and operational analysis

Leadership & FP&A Development

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 Senior Financial Analysts
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and oversight while building the capabilities of the FP&A team
• Continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis
• Partner closely with the broader Finance organization and senior leadership team

About You

• CPA or CFA designation
• Big 4 or large public accounting firm training preferred
• Strong experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuations, or corporate development
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Manager-level experience with people leadership
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights and recommendations

Salary Range

$140,000 - $155,000 base salary + 15% target bonus with a strong history of payout
