Job summary: To provide administrative and emergency dispatch support to the Whistler Blackcomb Patrol.
What you’ll be doing:
This position provides department administration, office oversight, Company compliance, and purchasing support. Administrator of Patrol database record-keeping program, which includes incident data entry, Company compliance, training tracking, etc. Responsible for payroll, purchasing, expense reports, and invoice reconciliation. This position requires working in office and mountain settings.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $22.09/hr - $25.99/hr

- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- WorkDay HR time keeping;
- Coupa – Purchasing supplies and services;
- Incident Data entry check;
- Risk Consol data entry for employee reports of injury;
- Personnel Administration – Payroll, assist with on-boarding &off-boarding coordination, employee files, training records, uniforms & gear;
- Office Administration – Phone, radios, copy and fax machines, scanning, record keeping, office supplies, correspondence, manufacturer and supplier info, service bulletins;
- Scheduling assistance;
- Generate reporting for OT and tracked expenses;
- Help coordinate information regarding company updates and annual processes including EES, reviews and daily pre-shift updates;
- Track and monitor recognition program usage for department;
- Enter purchase orders, code invoices and coordinate with procurement to research supplies and new vendors;
- Coordination of uniforms and tools.
- Daily quality assurance check of scheduling on mountain Patrollers;
- Assist with dispatching duties during busy periods.
Qualifications:
- Confidentiality and good judgment.
- Capable of establishing priorities and managing the resulting workload.
- Must have strong organizational and management skills.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Whistler/Blackcomb policies and procedures is an asset.
- Ski Industry experience is an asset.
- Must have competent knowledge in computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Accounting Software
- The ability to work independently with little direction
- Must be flexible as the work schedule may vary
- Valid B.C. Driver’s License and satisfactory driver’s abstract
