Finance Manager

Chilliwack Toyota is looking for a team minded, experienced, motivated Financial Services Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive finance professional who is confident working with customers, lenders and the sales team and understands the importance of delivering a professional, transparent and customer-focused finance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange financing and leasing for new and pre-owned vehicle customers
• Work with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options and approvals
• Present financing, protection products, extended warranties and other available products to customers
• Ensure all finance and purchase documentation is accurate, complete and compliant
• Work closely with the Sales Management team and Product Advisors to provide a smooth transition from vehicle purchase through delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and other business partners
• Follow all dealership, lender and regulatory requirements
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire finance process

Qualifications

• Previous Financial Services/Business Office experience is required
• Candidates with a minimum of two years of successful automotive sales experience will also be considered
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
• Professional, ethical and customer-focused approach
• Available to work full time, including Saturdays
