Original job description

About Valorx

Valorx enables revenue teams to work with Salesforce data in the way they actually want to - in a spreadsheet-like environment.
Our products, including Fusion, bring Salesforce data into familiar spreadsheet workflows while enabling teams to work with, analyze, and manage their data more efficiently.
As we continue to grow our Professional Services organization, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, work closely with technical and consulting teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager – Professional Services, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects involving Valorx Fusion, implementation, consulting, integrations, configuration, support, and technical services.
This role is ideal for someone who is a strong, hands-on Project Manager with a technical mindset. You should be comfortable understanding technology, working with technical teams, communicating with clients, identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and keeping projects moving toward timely delivery.
You will typically manage 5–6 project/workstreams in parallel, balancing client communication, internal coordination, project reporting, issue resolution, and delivery management.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery

Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple Professional Services projects simultaneously.
Manage approximately 5–6 concurrent projects/workstreams across different stages of delivery.
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedules.
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed requirements.
Coordinate resources across technical, consulting, support, and customer-facing teams.
Drive projects forward and ensure action items are completed on time.

Client Communication & Consulting

Act as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with clients.
Lead project kickoff meetings, status meetings, requirement discussions, and regular project reviews.
Clearly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure expectations are clearly managed.
Handle project escalations professionally and drive issues toward resolution.

Technical & Product Coordination

Develop a strong understanding of Valorx Fusion, Salesforce, data workflows, integrations, and related technical processes.
Work closely with technical consultants, engineers, and support teams to understand technical requirements and solutions.
Be comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and explaining technical topics to customers.
Understand integrations, data flows, configurations, APIs, Salesforce concepts, and troubleshooting at a practical level.
Coordinate Fusion implementation, configuration, support, and consulting activities.
Help identify technical dependencies and potential delivery risks early in the project.

Reporting & Governance

Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, timelines, and action trackers.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on project health, progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
Track project KPIs, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project status.
Escalate risks and blockers proactively rather than waiting for deadlines to be missed.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve Professional Services project delivery processes.
Establish and maintain project management best practices, templates, and workflows.
Help create repeatable processes for Fusion implementation and customer support engagements.
Continuously improve project planning, communication, reporting, and delivery efficiency.

What We're Looking For

4–5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, consulting, implementation, or professional services environment.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously - ideally 5+ concurrent projects or workstreams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery governance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Technically curious and comfortable working with technology and technical teams.
Ability to understand technical requirements, integrations, data flows, and software products.
Experience working with Salesforce or CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Experience with SaaS implementations, software consulting, customer support, or technical services is a strong plus.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines across multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Proactive mindset - you identify problems early and drive them toward resolution.
Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.
Experience with Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-related projects.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, data migration, automation, or SaaS platforms.
Experience managing technical consulting or Professional Services engagements.

Why Join Valorx?
At Valorx, you will work at the intersection of Salesforce, data, spreadsheets, AI, and enterprise software. You will have the opportunity to work directly with customers and technical teams while helping build and improve a growing Professional Services organization.
If you are a strong Project Manager who is also technically minded, highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of complex technology projects, we'd love to hear from you.
