Experienced Security Management Teams design customized security programs, while skilled support staff develop detailed post orders aligned with client requirements. Security Guards, Mobile Agents, and Armoured Division staff implement these programs to safeguard assets and exceed expectations. The Armoured Division also offers full cash management services, including ATM cash handling and secure transport of high-value assets.

Role Description As a Franchise Owner at ValourGuard Protection Services., the individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of a security services franchise in the specific territory applied for, in a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing local business development, building relationships with clients, and ensuring delivery of high-quality security services consistent with company standards. The Franchise Owner will recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, manage scheduling and resource allocation, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. This role also involves overseeing financial performance, monitoring key business metrics, and collaborating with corporate leadership to implement operational and marketing strategies that support growth. The Franchise Owner will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service issues, focusing on responsive, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong franchising and business management skills, including experience operating or supporting franchise or multi-location businesses.
• Candidates should possess training and coaching skills, with the ability to onboard, develop, and guide security and support staff.
• Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing service agreements.
• Candidates should possess recruiting and talent acquisition skills to attract, select, and retain qualified security personnel.
• Candidates should possess customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving.
• Relevant experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities, along with proficiency in standard office and communication tools, are preferred.
• Post-secondary education in business, management, criminology, or a related field is an asset; equivalent work experience will be considered.
