This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential operator to launch their journey through our Operator to Managing Director Program - a structured leadership pathway designed to develop the next generation of Managing Directors across our portfolio companies.

In this role, you will embed yourself within our portfolio company operations, work alongside senior leadership, and drive meaningful transformation initiatives. You will combine hands-on operational work with targeted leadership development, positioning yourself for advancement to a Managing Director role within 12-24 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Impact & Value Creation

Embed within a portfolio company's operations, contributing directly to strategic and day-to-day decisions alongside senior leadership
Lead a defined transformation initiative (e.g., pricing strategy, cost optimization, systems integration, go-to-market execution) with direct accountability for measurable outcomes
Build fluency in our operating model, KPI reporting, M&A integration practices, and portfolio company financials

Leadership Development & Team Building

Support hiring and talent development at the portfolio company, including participation in key hires and mentoring of junior team members
Contribute to building organizational capability and driving cultural alignment
Work closely with an assigned mentor on your personal development plan
Seek targeted feedback and drive quarterly performance reviews against agreed KPIs

Cross-Portfolio Collaboration

Build relationships with the executive team and broader portfolio through cross-company projects and knowledge sharing
Support integration and best-practice initiatives across portfolio companies
