About TTG
Thatcher Technology Group (TTG) provides direct selling solutions to companies around the world. TTG is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Intermediate Project Manager to join its Professional Services Team, leading client engagements across TTG’s software platforms:
- Prowess – TTG’s established .NET Framework direct selling application.
- Ascend – TTG’s newer .NET Core microservice-based direct selling platform.
The Opportunity
In this role, the Project Manager will take increasing ownership of client engagements - from onboarding through post-implementation support - operating with growing autonomy while collaborating with senior team members on escalations and strategic decisions. This is a multi-faceted role blending hands-on technical project work with client relationship management.
Location: Canada (remote)
The salary range for this role is $90,000–$105,000 CAD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.
What You'll Own
Lead client implementations from start to finish
- Own the day-to-day delivery of software implementation and migration projects, from requirements and planning through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Build project plans, milestones, customer testing plans, cutover strategies, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate software upgrades, testing activities, and dependencies across technical and client teams.
- Manage multiple client engagements or workstreams at the same time, including smaller enhancements and statements of work.
Keep delivery, budgets, and resources on track
- Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Track actual project costs against plan, forecast variances, and take action when financial or delivery targets are at risk.
- Identify risks and constraints early, determine appropriate next steps, and escalate when senior support is needed.
- Keep project plans, requirements, workflows, testing records, defects, decisions, and reporting aligned and accurate. Intermediate
- Produce accurate, scheduled reporting on milestones, deliverables, velocity, burndown, budget performance, resource capacity, and timeline risk.
Own the client relationship throughout delivery
- Act as a dependable point of contact for clients, keeping expectations, responsibilities, decisions, and next steps clear.
- Lead project meetings, status updates, escalations, and decision-making discussions with client and internal stakeholders.
- Translate technical topics for non-technical audiences and ensure technical teams have the business context they need.
- Build trust through transparent communication, realistic expectation-setting, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
- Travel occasionally when required for client or project needs.
Responsibilities may evolve as the Professional Services team grows.

- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Why Join TTG
- Own meaningful client engagements. You won’t be limited to maintaining schedules and sending status reports. Our Project Managers are expected to understand what is happening, drive decisions, manage risk, and actively influence project outcomes.
- Build real client relationships. You’ll work directly with client stakeholders throughout implementations and ongoing engagements, becoming a trusted partner who can bring clarity to difficult conversations and help teams move forward.
- Have visibility into the whole business of delivery. You’ll manage more than scope and timelines - you’ll gain hands-on experience with budgets, resource planning, testing, risk management, technical dependencies, client expectations, and production readiness.
- Work with complex software and business problems. TTG’s platforms support mission-critical eCommerce, orders, consultant operations, and other interconnected processes for direct selling organizations around the world.
- Be trusted to use your judgment. As you learn our platforms and clients, you’ll be given increasing autonomy to lead engagements, make recommendations, resolve issues, and recognize when an escalation truly requires additional support.
- Work directly with the people doing the work. Our Professional Services team partners closely with developers, Business Analysts, QA, leadership, and client stakeholders rather than operating as a separate project-management layer.
- Help shape how we deliver. TTG has more than 25 years of industry experience, but we continue to evolve. Project Managers have opportunities to identify better ways to plan, communicate, manage risk, and deliver for our clients.
We use AI-powered tools (including transcription and automated note-taking) during portions of our interview process to support a consistent and thorough candidate experience. Candidates who require alternative accommodation may request it at any stage of the recruitment process.
Thatcher Technology Group is committed to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and all qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
