Account Manager, Aesthetic Injectables (Mississauga, Windsor and to the Golden Horseshoe)

A fast growing player in the medical aesthetics industry is hiring an Account Manager to lead a defined Ontario territory. This company brings advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, to physicians and clinics across Canada, and is looking for someone who can grow the business with the same energy and precision the space demands.

About the Role

This is a field based, territory owning position. You'll be the face of the brand for your accounts, driving sales, deepening relationships, and shaping how the business grows in your region. It's a strong fit for someone who's spent a few years in medical or pharmaceutical sales and is ready to take on more ownership.

What the Job Involves

Growing the Territory

Hit and surpass sales goals across an injectables product line.
Build a territory plan with real targets and a way to track progress.
Grow existing accounts through upsells and new product adoption.
Read market trends and adjust your approach accordingly.

Managing Relationships

Become the go to contact for physicians, clinics, and key opinion leaders.
Meet with clients regularly to understand what they need and how you're doing.
Handle contract conversations that work for both sides.

Running the Business Side

Map out where the growth opportunities are in your territory.
Keep a clean, active pipeline and account level plans.
Plan your schedule to make the most of every account visit.
Stay on top of activity reports, expense tracking, and field feedback.

Working Across Teams

Be responsive when clients have questions or issues.
Coordinate with marketing, customer service, medical affairs, and the training team.
Show up at industry events and build the brand's presence in the community.

Who We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree; extra training in healthcare or aesthetics helps.
Two to five years selling into medical accounts, with aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery backgrounds preferred.
Comfort working with buying groups, chains, or CSO based accounts.
A real history of hitting numbers and keeping clients happy.
Sharp communication and negotiation instincts.
Someone who's organized, self directed, and doesn't need a lot of hand holding.
A valid driver's license.
