Through direct coordination with site leadership, employees, contractors, and functional partners, the role helps protect employees, product integrity, regulatory compliance, customer service, and continuity of operations. The position supports EHS, operations/administration, and quality accountabilities in an approximate 40:40:20 allocation.

- Support emergency-preparedness planning, drills, documentation, and follow-up actions to strengthen site response capability.
- Analyze inspection, audit, incident, and corrective-action information to identify recurring risks and recommend measurable improvements to site leadership.
- Lead or facilitate continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen safety culture, compliance execution, and operational discipline across blending, packaging, warehouse, and distribution activities.
- Own the coordination and completion of required site testing for inbound and outbound shipments and material transfers, ensuring results are accurately documented and communicated through established quality systems.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, testing records, and quality data in a state that supports reliable results, traceability, and compliance with established requirements.
- Identify, document, and escalate testing exceptions, data-quality concerns, equipment issues, or other conditions that could affect product integrity or material movement.
- Partner with Operations and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and support consistent execution of product standards.
- Coordinate operational data collection, validation, reporting, and record retention to provide site leadership with accurate and timely information for decision-making and compliance needs.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation across assigned EHS, quality, contractor, permit, training, and corrective-action processes.
- Serve as a point of coordination between site leadership, employees, contractors, and functional partners for assigned compliance, quality, and operational initiatives.
- Plan and execute special projects that address site priorities, process gaps, compliance needs, or continuous-improvement opportunities.
- Exercise judgment in recognizing EHS, quality, and operational risks, determining when immediate escalation is required, and coordinating appropriate follow-up within established authority.
- Influence employees and third-party contractors to comply with site requirements, complete required actions, and adopt safer and more reliable work practices.
- Recommend process, training, documentation, and control improvements based on inspection results, investigations, testing activity, and observed trends.
- Balance competing priorities across EHS, quality, and operational support while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, responsiveness, and compliance.
- Additional duties as assigned
