A Planner & Coordinator - you participate in prioritizing / organizing activities like branch planning, developing staff schedules, and the like.
An Excellent Communicator - you leverage your written, spoken and interpersonal skills to explain business values, goals, strategies and objectives to staff in a clear way. You are able to coach staff in sales, advice, referral and service delivery, to model a positive member experience, and to address member complaints.
A Decisive Problem-Solver - you are confident in your decision-making skills to optimize operational capability, to diagnose problems in the context of business, financial and member impacts, and to identify viable solutions.
Analytical - you assess internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement, and to manage revenue and expenses.
