  • Design and prepare signage layouts and artwork in accordance with YVR standards, branding, and regulatory requirements
  • Fabricate a wide range of signage using sign shop equipment, materials, and established production techniques
  • Install signage across terminal, airside, and groundside areas, including working at height

  • Maintain signage inventory, documentation, tools, and perform audits, repairs, and updates

Key Qualifications Include

  • At least one year of sign making experience and one year of computer graphics program experience, supplemented by a minimum of a high school diploma; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Experience with signage fabrication techniques for indoor and outdoor applications
  • Proficiency with sign-making equipment, including plotters, large format printers, hand tools, saws, and cutting tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of design and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign)
  • Familiarity with a variety of signage materials, substrates, and installation methods
  • Ability to lift materials, work on ladders, and perform hands-on installation tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proof designs for accuracy
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
