What You’ll Do:
- Assist Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of VB Spine spinal products
- Educate and inform physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on the proper use and maintenance of VB Spine products
- Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
- Provide daily surgical case volume coverage and after-hours call support
- Support preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings as needed
- Keep Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and the Director of Sales informed of territory progress
- Solve product-related issues for customers in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products
- Collaborate proactively with internal teams to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
- Live and exemplify VB Spine’s Values in all interactions
- Conduct all work in compliance with the VB Spine Code of Conduct, applicable laws, and high ethical standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Country Director, Canada
What You Bring:
- University degree preferred (Science, Kinesiology, Biomedical Engineering, or health-related discipline)
- 2–5 years of experience in an outside sales role or operating room experience is an asset
- X-ray technologist background, experience, or education will be considered in place of other qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hospital environments and clinical settings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing role with after-hours support requirements

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is CAD $65,000 – $85,000 annually, with potential for commissions, bonuses, and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
