Job Title: SAP L2C Test Lead (SD)

Location: Calgary, AB / Mississauga, ON, Canada

  • Lead end-to-end testing for SAP SD and Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes across SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and support engagements.
  • Define test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and execution approaches; lead SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
  • Validate key business processes, including Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Shipping, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
  • Manage defect lifecycle, test metrics, risks, and status reporting while ensuring complete test coverage and quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with business users, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams; support go-live readiness, cutover validation, and hypercare.
  • Required Skills: Strong SAP SD and L2C/OTC expertise, SAP S/4HANA testing, ALM/Jira/SAP Solution Manager, Agile methodology, stakeholder management, and test team leadership. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

Also requires Agile knowledge, stakeholder management and test team leadership capabilities, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
