Original job description

EWC CANADA is currently seeking a full-time CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT (Contract) to work in the EDMONTON AREA.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE

5 years of relevant experience;
General knowledge of all commercial construction-related fields (including concrete, structural steel, roofing,
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finishing);
Strong multi-tasking abilities;
Effective communication skills to co-ordinate with clients, sub-trades, and coworkers.
Excellent attention to detail & paperwork organization;
Problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills;

Position:

As a SITE SUPERINTENDENT for our Company, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple trades and general labour on the project site, including coordinating and overseeing safety orientations, meetings, and documentation. You must be able to work as a team with the Project Manager and other key company personnel to ensure the project meets (or is completed faster than) schedule, and to assist in coordination of building turnover.
