This is 8-12 month contract. We're seeking a Senior Project Manager with delivery experience with Sharepoint and related tech stack. The project involves modernizing a legacy Sharepoint intranet site for 5000+ users.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery: plan, schedule, budget, risks and status reporting.
- Run stakeholder workshops and steering committees.
- Lead change management, champions network and launch communications.
Must haves:
- 7+ years managing IT projects, including 2+ intranet and/or Microsoft 365 rollouts.
- SharePoint project delivery
Nice to haves:
- Prosci or ADKAR an asset.
- Consulting and/or public-sector experience.

Responsibilities
Lead delivery of a legacy SharePoint intranet modernization project serving more than 5,000 users, managing plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and status reporting. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and steering committees, and lead change management, the champions network, and launch communications.
Requirements
Requires at least seven years of IT project management experience, including at least two intranet and/or Microsoft 365 rollouts, and SharePoint project delivery experience. Prosci or ADKAR certification, consulting experience, and public-sector experience are assets.
