We drive serious efficiency and cost savings for property managers, while unlocking growth opportunities for vendors across North America. We’re one of Toronto’s fastest-growing startups, a certified “Great Place to Work,” and recognized in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada. Backed by world-class SaaS and PropTech - investors-Bessemer Venture Partners, the former CEO of Twitter, Prudence VC, and Navitas Capital-we’re just getting started. Our team is scrappy, resourceful, and laser-focused on impact. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves turning ideas into action, and wants to grow alongside the business you’re helping build-we want to hear from you

The role:

As a Sales Development Representative at VendorPM, you will be responsible for contacting vendor leads assigned to you across Canada and the US, and converting them into sales to achieve weekly sales quotas. Your role will involve expanding our vendor client base by promoting our exclusive platform that services commercial vendors serving various sectors such as commercial, retail, industrial, and residential property management firms.

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting sales calls to educate potential clients about our offerings.
Utilizing Salesforce for record-keeping of prospect accounts and for logging all activity and information on prospects and companies.
Manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
Guide clients through the sales cycle, from initial contact to close.
Organize and track your sales pipeline to meet team targets.
Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and feedback.
Offer tailored advice and solutions to prospects and clients.
Attend industry events to expand our client base.

What we are looking for:

1+ years of sales experience; experience in SaaS, proptech, commercial real estate, or tech is a plus.
Experience with high-volume cold calling.
Experience utilizing Salesforce and Salesloft or a similar sales engagement tool to manage accounts effectively.
Ability to handle a large number of accounts and manage multiple products concurrently.
Experience in customer-facing sales roles that require engaging prospects and building rapport.
Eligible to work in Canada.

What’s in it for you:

Equity - You’ll own part of what you help build.
Comprehensive health benefits including dental, vision, and life insurance.
In-Person, High-Energy Environment: Our office is a hub of collaboration, focus, and innovation. We are unapologetically an in-person company because we believe the best work happens when brilliant minds come together.
3 weeks vacation + wellness days to recharge.
Regular team events and a close-knit culture.
Employer top-up for maternity and parental leave.
Join a team of high-caliber, like-minded professionals who take pride in their work and push each other to achieve the seemingly impossible.
We are relentless in our pursuit of success. If you thrive in an environment where hard work, determination, and deep domain expertise are celebrated, you’ll love it here.
We are growing fast, and this is your chance to grow with us. The work you do here will have real impact on the industry and your career trajectory.
Competitive compensation: 55,000 CAD/year base plus 10,000 CAD/year uncapped commission.
