What You’ll Do

Provide Tools and Infrastructure:
- Build world-class connectivity infrastructure in our Montreal, Detroit, and Munich facilities
- Own hardware allocation and lifecycle management
- Own identity & access management in compliance with security certification requirements
- Own corporate SaaS governance & budgeting by centralizing software licensing, utilization tracking, and renewals

- Lead a team of IT professionals, their priorities and act as an escalation path to resolve issues
Deploy Automation & AI Enablement:
- Contribute to the selection, development and integration of non-developer tools

What You Bring to the Table

4-8 years in IT consulting, project management, or deployment of technical solutions and 1-2 years of experience as a team leader preferred
High ownership, leads with high expectations and empathy
Resourcefulness, economic discipline & ability to negotiate with suppliers
Hands-on experience in Google Workspace admin, endpoint and device management, identity and SSO, with scripting ability (PowerShell or Python)
Experience deploying and enabling AI utilization for non-developers
Experience setting up and scaling IT support services
Knowledge of networking technologies

Ce que vous ferez:

Propulser nos outils et nos infrastructures :
- Prendre en charge la gouvernance et le budget SaaS en centralisant le processus d’acquisition, l’octroi des licences, le suivi de l’utilisation et les renouvellements.
- Piloter la gestion des identités et des accès (IAM) en conformité avec nos exigences de certifications de sécurité.
- Bâtir une infrastructure de connectivité de classe mondiale pour nos bureaux de Montréal, Détroit et Munich.
- Gérer l'attribution du matériel et de la gestion du cycle de vie des équipements.
Assurer un soutien interne réactif de haute qualité :
- Gérer le centre d’assistance TI (helpdesk) pour garantir un niveau maximal de disponibilité de nos outils de travail.
- Diriger une équipe de spécialistes TI, orienter leurs priorités et agir comme point d'escalade principal pour résoudre les enjeux complexes.
Déployer l’automatisation traditionnelle et l'intégration de l’IA :
- Participer à la sélection, au développement et à l’intégration d’outils destinés aux équipes non techniques.
- Bâtir l’automatisation des processus internes et concevoir la stratégie globale d’adoption de l’IA au sein de l’entreprise.

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe

4 à 8 ans d’expérience en conseil TI, en gestion de projets ou en déploiement de solutions techniques, idéalement avec 1 à 2 ans dans un rôle de gestion d’équipe.
Un fort sens de l'imputabilité, combinant un niveau d’exigence élevé et une grande empathie.
De la débrouillardise, une rigueur financière constante et une solide capacité à négocier avec les fournisseurs.
Une expérience concrète en administration Google Workspace, gestion des postes de travail, gestion des accès/SSO, ainsi qu'une habileté en programmation de scripts (PowerShell ou Python).
Une expérience éprouvée dans le déploiement et l’accompagnement à l’utilisation de l’IA auprès d'équipes non techniques.
Une expérience de mise en place et d’amélioration des services de soutien TI.
De solides connaissances en technologies réseaux.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit (Anglais demandé pour répondre à notre clientèle anglophone).
