What You’ll Do

Partner Onboarding & Management:

Own post-deal onboarding: gather pricing, 3D models, and vendor documentation, and contribute Vention-specific technical documentation for each integration.
Set up SKUs across VOps, Web, and MachineBuilder, ensuring properties, assets, and metadata are accurate at launch.
Create and maintain partner and customer facing materials: product pages, datasheets, manuals, and part property databases.

Technical Integration

Lead interoperability efforts, writing or overseeing communication drivers (e.g., EtherNet/IP) that connect partner hardware to the platform.
Own product validation end to end: set acceptance criteria, run physical and functional testing, and sign off before release.
Build the Marketplace certification program, defining standards, test protocols, and ongoing compliance requirements.
Clear engineering roadblocks, keeping the team focused on production readiness: reliability, documentation, packaging, and UX.

Program Management

Drive marketplace product launches from scoping to release, owning plans for task sequencing, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
Balance budget, quality, and timeline, surfacing key trade-offs and decisions early.
Run cross-functional execution with software and operations teams, keeping priorities and deadlines on track.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Have

Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, software, and operations functions, with a strong risk-mitigation mindset.
Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.), or a demonstrated ability to learn them.
Familiarity with robotics, grippers and industrial automation components.
Experience with mechanical and electrical component integration in an industrial automation context.

Ce Que Vous Ferez

Intégration et gestion des partenaires

Prendre en charge l'intégration des pièces post-ententes : recueillir les modèles 3D et la documentation des fournisseurs, et produire la documentation technique interne pour chaque intégration.
Créer les SKU dans VOps, sur le Web et dans MachineBuilder, en veillant à l'exactitude des propriétés, des artéfacts et des métadonnées.
Créer et maintenir le matériel destiné aux partenaires et aux clients : pages produits, fiches techniques, manuels et bases de données de propriétés de pièces.

Intégration technique

Diriger les efforts d'interopérabilité, en développant ou en supervisant les interfaces de communication (p. ex. EtherNet/IP) qui relient le matériel des partenaires à la plateforme Vention.
Assurer la validation des produits: établir les critères d'acceptation, réaliser les tests physiques et fonctionnels, et donner l'approbation finale avant la mise en marché.
Bâtir le programme de certification du Marketplace, en définissant les normes, les protocoles de test et les exigences de conformité.
Éliminer les obstacles techniques en gardant l'équipe concentrée sur le relâchement des nouvelles composantes

Gestion de programme

Piloter les lancements de produits du Marketplace, de la définition de la portée jusqu'à la mise en marché, en étant responsable du séquencement des tâches, d'atténuation des risques et d'allocation des ressources.
Trouver l'équilibre entre le budget, la qualité et l'échéancier, en faisant ressortir les compromis et les décisions clés.
Diriger l'exécution multidisciplinaire avec les équipes logicielles et des opérations, en maintenant les priorités et les échéances sur la bonne voie.

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe

Exigences

Baccalauréat en génie électrique ou mécanique, ou dans un domaine connexe.

Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de programme d'ingénierie ou de projets techniques, de préférence avec des produits électromécaniques complexes ou combinant matériel et logiciel.
Capacité démontrée à gérer des partenaires et des fournisseurs externes après la signature du contrat : obtenir les livrables, résoudre les problèmes et maintenir la cadence.
Habileté à utiliser les outils d'IA pour accélérer la recherche, la documentation et la gestion de programme au quotidien.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide, avec des délais courts et une bonne gestion du temps.
Grande curiosité et volonté d'apprendre.

Atouts

Aisance à travailler à la croisée des fonctions mécaniques, électriques, logicielles et opérationnelles, avec un fort souci de l'atténuation des risques.
Expérience pratique des protocoles de communication industriels (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.), ou capacité démontrée à les apprendre.
Connaissance de la robotique, des préhenseurs (grippers) et des composantes d'automatisation industrielle.
