Reporting to the Manager - EPP Project Management for our Mining Market, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and controlling project execution activities, including supervision of installation work and client follow-up. Your primary roles are those of planner, support provider, coordinator, and controller.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage projects in their entirety
Provide leadership within the project team (work in collaboration with various stakeholders from technical teams: engineering, design, commissioning, production)
Establish schedules and monitor all project execution activities
Track and update budgets, manage changes and amendments by project
Monitor client approval activities for project documents
Document and obtain client approval for supplements and/or contract changes as they occur
Plan and supervise delivery, installation, and commissioning activities
Provide necessary information to the accounting department for invoice preparation
Establish and maintain a climate of trust with clients while protecting the business relationships the company maintains with them
Identify and implement corrections to problems raised by clients
Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures (ISO)
Formulate appropriate recommendations to improve quality assurance procedures
Ensure our supplies meet health and safety standards
Prepare monthly reports and post-mortem analysis of projects

Relevant de la responsable - Gestion de Projet EPP pour le marché des mines, le ou la gestionnaire de projets aura la responsabilité de planifier, organiser, superviser et contrôler les activités d'exécution des projets incluant la supervision des travaux d'installation et le suivi de la clientèle. Vos principaux rôles sont ceux de planificateur, de soutien, de coordonnateur et de contrôleur.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS:

Gérer les projets dans leur intégralité
Assurer le leadership au sein de l'équipe de projet (travailler en collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes des équipes techniques : ingénierie, conception, mise en service, production)
Établir les calendriers et suivre toutes les activités d'exécution du projet
Suivre et mettre à jour le budget, gérer les changements et addenda par projets
Surveiller les activités d'approbation des clients pour les documents du projet
Documenter et faire approuver par les clients les suppléments et/ou changements aux contrats au fur et à mesure de leur exécution
Planifier et superviser les activités de livraison, installation et mise en route
Fournir l’information nécessaire à la préparation des factures au département de la comptabilité
Établir et maintenir un climat de confiance avec les clients tout en protégeant les relations commerciales que l'entreprise entretient avec eux
Identifier et apporter les correctifs aux problèmes soulevés par le client
Assurer la conformité aux normes et procédures de qualité (ISO)
