  • Develop internal briefs and set up projects to kick off campaigns and project work – ensuring all the necessary information is included
  • Manage all client communication and approvals – one-point person for the client to ensure clarity
  • Building and maintaining scopes of work and budgets, and reviewing budget-vs-actuals on your accounts weekly
  • All billing practices, including reviewing work-in-progress, generating and issuing invoices, updating and reviewing the BCR
  • Develop scope of work documents and estimates as needed from approved tactical plans
  • Keep client status documents up to date every week in conjunction with the PM function
  • Communicate both ways between the client and resources on scope or schedule changes
  • Communicate pertinent project information to team members through the agency's project management system
  • Proofing documents before they are passed to the client for review
  • Markup documents as per agency specifications
  • Decipher client feedback to mark up documents for creative or design teams
  • Manage and track the profitability of all your accounts to ensure we hit our financial targets
  • Work with your PM to ensure all account admin – projects, tasks, time, and budgets – is up to date and seamless

Expectations

  • Be punctual
  • Be respectful
  • Bring big and bold ideas to your work
