Original job description

Senior Product Manager required by an exciting, fast-growing technology business looking to scale its existing product portfolio and unlock new commercial opportunities.

The business has established products with strong market traction and is looking for someone who can help shape the next stage of growth. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering and commercial strategy, identifying opportunities to turn existing capabilities into scalable offerings that deliver real customer value.

You'll work closely with engineering and sales teams to shape product strategy, challenge ideas, ask the right technical questions, and ensure we can deliver products consistently as the business grows. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguity, connecting technology with commercial outcomes and taking ownership in a growing business.

What we offer

Competitive salary $100-$130k + equity
Gym Membership
Catered lunches (3 days a week)
Opportunity to influence product strategy and commercial growth
Significant ownership and the ability to make a tangible impact
A collaborative, fast-moving environment focused on innovation

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a scalable product portfolio, identifying opportunities to build on existing product-market fit
Identify ways to package existing capabilities into clear, repeatable product offerings
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and support commercial growth
Partner with engineering to assess technical trade-offs, dependencies and opportunities to improve the wider platform
Translate customer feedback and business requirements into clear product priorities
Help shape product positioning, packaging and commercial strategy
Ensure product offerings can be delivered consistently as the business scales
Bring structure to ambiguous challenges and turn ideas into actionable plans
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product decisions with wider business objectives

Requirements

Experience in Product Management, Product Strategy or a closely related role within a technology business
A strong commercial mindset and an understanding of how products drive customer value and business growth
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales and other business stakeholders
The ability to ask thoughtful technical questions and understand technical trade-offs without needing to be a hands-on engineer
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience identifying opportunities to improve, scale or commercialise existing products
A proactive approach and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Experience in B2B SaaS, software platforms, partnerships or other commercially focused technology environments would be beneficial

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join a growing technology business at an exciting stage of its development. With established products and room to scale, you'll have the chance to influence product direction, work closely with engineering and commercial teams, and help shape how products evolve to meet customer needs.

If you enjoy combining product thinking, commercial strategy, and technology, this is a chance to make a meaningful impact rather than simply manage a roadmap.
